 WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at omgeeofficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Omgee Fashions via its courier partners will deliver to the recipient at the address indicated at the time of checkout, or to someone other than the person or entity named at the time of checkout having apparent authority to accept the shipment in the name and on behalf of the recipient. There is no obligation to deliver a shipment to the recipient personally and the courier partner may deliver to someone other than the person named at the time of checkout.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We at Omgee Fashions know how important it is to receive the purchased product in the finest condition and on time. So our delivery partners help deliver your products as early as possible.

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days from the day of confirmation of order. Orders will not be shipped and delivered on weekends and public holidays. From the day the order is dispatched, your order will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

 We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at help@samplestore.com (if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at help@samplestore.com

In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in Sing post and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
